New Residential Sales in November 2015
January 2016For November 2015, sales of new single-family houses were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 490,000 according to the U.S Census Bureau and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. This is a 9.1% increase from November 2014 and 4.3% above the revised October rate of 470,000.
